We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days of being placed, although some orders may take longer to process. We will contact you if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.

Canceling or Changing Your Order

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible, as we may have already processed your order.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please contact us to initiate a return and receive instructions on how to send your item back to us. We will issue a refund for the cost of the item, minus any shipping and handling charges, once we have received and inspected the returned item.
